On March 11, 2011, the day after I started my Japan cycle tour, the mega earthquake hit off the shore of Japan, unleashing an enormous tsunami and leaving enormous destruction in its wake.

During my cycle tour (findingsachi.com), I hope to entertain and educate friends around the world about the food eaten in Japan. I had initially set up charity fundraising for Doctors Without Borders, and it is still active, this enormous disaster happened the day after I started cycling.

Let’s help those who have lost their home, hometown, and their family in the blink of an eye. Please support my project – more than ever, Japan is in serious need of help.
